  • 1 medium sized mixing bowl
  • 1wooden spoon
  • 1 spatula (metal preferred)
  • Assorted measuring cups
  • 1 large mixing spoon or ladle
Directions:
  1. Measure and mix all dry ingredients (Flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar) together in mixing bowl using the spoon
  2. Melt butter in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds on maximum power
  3. Create a small divot in the dry mix and pour butter, milk and cracked egg into the the divot
  4. Mix thoroughly with spoon until consistency becomes very thick
  5. Oil griddle with a napkin or paper towel dabbed in canola or cooking oil, then turn the heat to medium-high
  6. Spoon desired size of mix onto hot griddle and allow to brown on one side
  7. Flip and brown on the other side
  8. Remove, butter and top your pancakes

Tips:
  • Make sure to measure ingredients beforehand, lest you be overwhelmed during the preparation
  • Butter tastes better than margarine...that is all
  • Each subsequent batch of pancakes will take less time due to the griddle already being warmed, less time equals more pancakes
